Patient: The doctor said to take it together with Nurofen.

Me: Uh...

Patient: 'Cos the prescription only helps with swelling, not pain. I need to take Nurofen for pain.

Me: Uh... They're the same drug.

Patient: But the doctor said that the prescription only helps with swelling. I need to get Nurofen over the counter for pain.

Me: ...

Patient: And how am I meant to take it? With food? Without food?
