His foster parents are abusive and he runs away to live on the streets. He turns to a life of hard drugs and prostitution . He dies alone in a gutter, his final words being: "Why, daddy? Why?"
Tragic.
And all this could have been avoided by verifying the name and address of the patient. Or even some simple counselling about the prescription product.
Sigh.
